Recently there is a lauch of a s/w called mediabee... this enables various users or user groups to seemlessly be in touch with each other and also plan the acitivities for the day without much of hassles... best part is it integrated very nicely with the existing s/w like MS OUTLOOK and corresponding remainder facility. Came to know from Business Line's eWorld addition...
