Wait for release from office continues ....
It has been now 40+ days I have submitted the resignation letter @ office. I am still to get any update on that front. Have already talked with HR and as usual he is cribbing about the bond period and the other related stuff. I am already through with the KT to the team members for all of my roles and am totally free @ office. As for resignation letter its like a thing thrown into a dark well with no response from that side... IT SIMPLY SUCKS... neways I am having good time with my friends @ company.. and enjoying the time with some good books and net surf..
I have asked for 31st may as my last date that too with 50 days of prior notice.. but they are still talking about the bond stuff.. we have a unofficial policy in place where bonds are set to void if a person is quiting due to educational purpose rather than jumping companies.. but than they say its case to case basis .. why the hell i always fall into the worst case... god knows.. neways with last 15 days now remaining I will talk to HR/PM and will get whatever it takes to proceed the matter.... Lets see what happens... Me hoping that joining IIMB marks ends of all agonies :)

Hi Mohit,
Dont worry dude,you will surely get your release letter soon as they cannot hold you on, that too when you are going for higher studies.Pretty every company make their employee to go thru this painful process.
Anyways,my best wishes for your future endeavour in IIMB.

hope u didnt have to pay the bond money like me. i am working in Ashok leyland and leaving for nitie but theres not even even a hint of bond reprieve as in your case.btw which co are you in? This bond system is like bonded labour. it sucks.
